As long as Muslim culture continues to exist in the Netherlands, proactive intervention such as with the Honor Killing Alert Centre is a dire necessity to contain the phenomenon. The formal theory of Honor Killing has been developed and retroactive intervention as is happening now is a disgrace to the nation and of course especially to young Muslim women. A personality analysis of honor killers will follow. So let's take the lead, surf the wave and show character.
The Muslim culture before Islam was a 10 million years old inbreeding culture from bipedal primates with roots in EGO-theism where tribal heads (fathers) had absolute power to judge and punish. They could rape and kill their tribeswomen at their own discretion:

Where do we come from?

So, how many Muslims still have the inbreeding instinct?
The inbreeding culture under Islam has not changed significantly. Yes, honor killings and cousin marriages deserve some condemnation in Islam, but Islam itself comes from this previous culture and is affected by it on all sides:

But the point is that Muslims don't trust Christians, but also do not trust each other in their highly compartmentalized society. The core of Monotheism is still the family and not the neighbor.

Islam only formalized the previous Inbreeding terror, so that women would know how to crawl to get to the other side. I can't make it any prettier. Islam has always been a hybrid religion, but imagine how they have must done their best to create a compromise between their inbreeding culture and Desert Religions. So Islam has made the best of a terrible heritage:

And now the question how much inbred population is left in the Muslim culture. The answer is simple: the entire inbred population is still within the Venn circle of Islam. Islamic population still has kept all inbred parameters in the Limbic Brain: reincarnation through inbreeding. Females have the obligation to marry a Muslim. Well, that need not be cousin marriage as the most extreme form of inbreeding, but in this way all inbreeding genes remain preserved within the total Muslim group.
Muslims only moderate themselves with apparently not imposing cousin marriages because it is not recommended in Islam, but it still happens en masse. The conclusion is that all inbred genes are still present in the whole Muslim population within the Venn-diagram and it is only because of Islam that the most horrible murders on women are disapproved, somewhat.
And even when Muslim males would mix with polytheistic Western women, there is still a battle going on in the Limbic Brain of their children, between two opposing sexual instincts, which easily leads to disastrous consequences about the core questions of life and their identity. And that would also happen in Western Europe with forced assimilation.
The consequence of this reasoning is that if Islam disappears from Muslim culture, we get back the previous Inbreeding culture, with the even earlier EGO-theism, what we now saw best in Iraq and Syria with Isis:
