The murder of Ryan al Najjar is a tragic low point of the failed and inadequate Dutch legal system. In the near future, law and enforcement must be united in time and space into one institution to turn the tide: the Honor Killing Alert Institute.

The Dutch don't even realize how much they have abandoned Ryan all Najjar to her fate. They chatter a bit about her terrible father and her absurd brothers, but did they protect the girl after they threw her out of the safe house? No, they didn't.

Are these the same Christians who want to be an example, a beacon to the world? Who protect a religion with their Constitution that slaughters its own children? Shame on you, Netherlands. Shame on you.

And that while during this tragedy there was already exuberant evidence of STALKING, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND DEATH THREAT. Standardized crimes for which father and sons could have been punished and mentally reprogrammed long before the murder. With Honor Killing and Femicide, the Netherlands shamelessly and completely uninterested abandoned this woman. They killed her twice, just like Mirjam Abarkan.

Hate and Masochism Fear:

Christianity took root in Northern European polytheistic cultures, where also female gods were worshiped in the conscious (Greece, Western Europe). Young boys were raised to empathize with female masochism and so they understood female feelings.

But in monotheistic cultures only male gods are worshiped in the conscious (Islam). There, young boys do not value masochism and learn to hate and disrespect women as inferior beings. They fear masochism as the soft female drive it is. Later they may beat masochism out of women (masochism hate) until they start screaming so loudly that males' own unresolved masochism threatens to infiltrate their conscious. What is the deeper reason of OMVOLKING?

In the latter part of last century, a hundred million European Christians came up with millions of conscious rationalizations based on a single underlying unconscious factor: sadomasochism. They invented millions of derivations of this single unconscious factor.

Factually, these 100 million Christians showed exactly identical behavior by sucking up the Muslim culture under many seemingly different denominators in the conscious. In that case, there was indeed a single factor solution in the unconscious.

Let us say that the total explainable variance of 100 million different sucking up reasons of Muslim culture could be 'explained' by about two hundred different principal components in the conscious, where all these individuals persist to this day in virtually copying each other's behavior exactly. Then this must indeed point to one underlying and unconscious main factor. Unconscious because they did not identify this lust till the present day.

Despite the fact that these 100 million sucking up variables of Muslim culture do not acknowledge their correct underlying unconscious factor (sadomasochism), they nevertheless show an important communality (common variance) in the conscious, which must anyway ultimately come from the hidden unconscious factor: sadomasochism.

So what unites these 100 million Christians is in itself also an image of unconscious sadomasochism, but actually found in the conscious. Why this detour? Because people bury their heads in the sand and these suckers do not want to admit anything about sadomasochism, because masochism is the Achilles heel of Christians:

Below I will outline how I think Honor Killings, Femicide and Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) will be dealt with in the distant future. The basic model is derived from Honor Killing but can be generalized to all femicides and mutilations.

It was argued that the announcement of the death penalty for the aspiring honor killer has the greatest therapeutic effect at the moment of severe reincarnation psychosis:

But the death penalty is only one determining element in our theory formation about honor killing. And there is also case law that honor killing leads to life imprisonment in the Netherlands. So that will be our more realistic standard from now on.

Parliament is possibly willing to enshrine a life sentence in law for honor killing and femicide. If we really want to tackle honor killings and femicide, there must be complete clarity about the punishment. This is the only way we can have a lightning-fast and effective legal system in the future, with which 'Honor Killing Alert' can do its work adequately and without delay in times of crisis. 

Because we see again and again how our legal system is paralyzed and does not react in advance but in hindsight and far too slowly to current events. The murder of Ryan al Najjar is a tragic low point of a failing and inadequate legal system. Law and enforcement must be united into one institution, working in the same time slot. They must work together across time and space to break the schizophrenia between reincarnation and resurrection before the murder.

What we basically need is to inform Muslim girls and their male family members about what honor killing really means. We hope that by doing so we can guide the father and provide the daughter with real information in a timely manner. Of course, the Honor Killing Model itself may be wrong too, but after all those years I know for sure that this is the only explanation left. There really is no other explication possible.

So, I hope that threatening with 'life sentence' might also work to cool down the reincarnation psychosis in time and this will be tried in our next scenario. 

But then it should not be used in Severe Reincarnation Psychosis anymore but one step earlier in Moderate Reincarnation Psychosis:

We will therefore refrain from using the death penalty to cure the aspirant honor killer of his reincarnation psychosis and see whether threatening with life imprisonment at the time of moderate reincarnation psychosis would also do the job, without unnecessarily endangering the girl. But then law and enforcement must work together within the same time frame.

And this is what Europe must prepare for. The handling of incidents from the inbreeding culture must become automatic and standardized, so that one does not have to reinvent the wheel every time. Judiciary and law enforcement must now take place in the same time slot,

Instead of running after the facts, the Honor Killing Alert Institute will intervene at  moments before Severe Reincarnation Psychosis is acute and full blown, and intervention with full judicial power hopefully will have miraculous effects at the right time to prevent serious crimes:

Ready-made summary justice for Honor Killings, Femicide and FGM:

1: An institute will be established in the middle of the country in the province of Utrecht. It will be called: 'Eerwraak Alarm Instituut' in the Netherlands, in short 'Eerwraak Alarm' or 'Honor Killing Alert'.

It will be staffed by: 

1 psychiatrist-director (f), 1 clinical psychologist deputy director (m/f), 1 cultural anthropologist (m/f), 1 lawyer (m/f), 1 part time judge (m/f) and 4 ambulant social workers (2m/2f). 

2: It will be the standard reference point for Muslim girls throughout the country. Girls can raise the alarm by phone and will be picked up by ambulatory social workers or come directly to the institute at first alarm. Police will be notified. During the intake, the staff will assess immediately whether the situation is that serious that the police must intervene directly after which the girl is offered a safe house.

3: It is important to determine whether the girl's complaints give rise to the usual penalties for stalking, domestic violence and possibly death threat (see below). A summary trial procedure must already be ready for all three charges. 

4: If possible, the girl will be returned to collect additional evidence. But if this is judged too dangerous, the girl is seriously warned that incorrect information will have major consequences for her and the family. But the professional competence of the staff is the decisive judgment here. That means that they assess by law whether allegations are accepted as legally true or not. It will be clear that they are being given an enormous responsibility in the context of curbing the future flow of murders of women. But necessity knows no law.

5: The staff must be able to accurately assess what punishments await the men.

Severe reincarnation psychosis (father) or bloodline phobia (brothers):

6: In case of (severe) reincarnation psychosis (father) or bloodline phobia (brothers), the persons concerned will be immediately arrested by the police and centrally interrogated by professionals from Honor Killing Alert. From then on, the treatment of the men is part of a predetermined policy to create a shock effect. If one continues with the endlessly delayed treatment of these cases as one does now, persons gets used to the situation and the shock effect, which is actually part of the therapy, is lost. 

Reincarnation psychosis finds its legal framework in at least three crimes:

- Stalking.

- Domestic Violence.

-Threat of a crime against life.

7: Depending on the seriousness of the information from the intake interview, the men in the family may be arrested for stalking and/or domestic violence with or without death threats. Any delay in the proceedings damages the shock effect and reduces the value of this fast-track juridical procedure.

It is important to determine whether the girl's complaints are consistent with the usual penalties for stalking and domestic violence. The staff must be able to accurately assess what punishments await the men. Legislation should give them in advance the benefit of the doubt and their experience will ultimately be decisive in questioning the girl, because pubertal excesses must be prevented. All this can be overcome by professional expertise in assessing the girl's experiences. It can certainly go wrong once, but then there will be a large number of positives. And the girl is seriously warned that if the information is incorrect, she risks major problems at home. 

If the girl's complaints are judged to be reliable, the men are arrested by the police and the prosecutor gives them the choice of being charged with a legal complaint and likely convicted with all the social consequences that entails. 

But if the facts are not yet that serious but worrying, they can also opt for a resocialization program in which the men follow a course at the Honor Killing Alert Institute concerning the causes of their behavior. This course must be concluded with an exam. Afterwards they are explicitly warned that if they kill their daughter or sister they will definitely go to prison for life. 

The course will cover the current theoretical state of affairs, on which scientific consensus has been reached at that time, and about how honor killings are caused and can be prevented in time.

Now we look at the legal framework of Honor Killing:

Parents have the right to give their children a religious educational background until they are self-determining. But this 'right' has its limits. And that is where the Constitution falls short in its current execution. Parental authority within Islam is not allowed to harm its daughters. That's not only discrimination within the same religion, but harassment which can lead to serious crimes like honor killings. But the Constitution does not intervene properly with domestic violence and we must let the law do its job earlier.

What are my expectations:

If the reincarnation theory is accepted for lack of a better one and the theory is expected to lead to effective intervention, the Honor Killing Alert project is likely to be approved by Parliament. And that will then have an enormous publicity effect on the Muslim population. Then the information will spread automatically further within Muslim circles and Muslim girls, fathers and brothers will all be informed by others, which is exactly what we want. 

So in addition to a proactive effect to prevent honor killing, I expect as spin-off an enormous publicity effect that in itself will suppress a large number of reincarnation psychoses. because the cognitive dissonance is now not only broken by the life sentence and in the far future the death penalty but also by knowledge of the reincarnation psychosis theory within the Muslim community itself:

STRATEGY AGAINST HONOR KILLING:

1: Keep legal liability to honor killing.

2: But, postpone moral liability until the official declaration of the unconscious as main cause of honor killing. Without the unconscious there is no solution for honor killings.

3: Prevent fatal estimation errors by informing Muslim girls correctly about the nature of honor killing. 

4: Set up a government intervention organization to accommodate and support Muslim girls, which should be much more than sheltered housing.

Honor killers who were aware of their motives at the time of the act and for whom DID cannot offer any mitigating circumstances, are immediately and fully liable morally and judicially for the murder. I am referring here to murder based on the Chimpanzee Male Bloodline supplemented by cousin marriages, committed by brothers and young males up to the age of 30.
