As I see it now, the General Director is the pivotal point in the organization. A female Muslim director with experience in this area inspires confidence in Muslim girls about whom she will judge in matters of life and death, but the male Muslim community will also accept her more easily. Islam is against honor killings. Muslims also have an aversion to this. Therefore, let us give them great influence to prevent honor killings:

It therefore seems wise to select a number of highly educated Muslim males with stable personalities, whose conscious is stronger than their unconscious. Their potential dissociative identity will not disrupt conscious thought. These are precisely the men who can have a corrective conversation with latent honor killers. They also speak the relevant languages, where the results are expressed in Dutch.

Ready-made summary justice for Honor Killings, Femicide and FGM:

1: An institute will be established in the middle of the country in the province of Utrecht. It will be called: 'Eerwraak Alarm Instituut' in the Netherlands, in short 'Eerwraak Alarm' or 'Honor Killing Alert Center'.

It will be staffed by:

1 General director (Muslim academic (f)), 1 psychiatrist deputy director (m/f), 1 clinical psychologist deputy director (m/f), 1 cultural anthropologist (m/f), 1 lawyer (m/f), 1 part time judge (m/f) and 4 ambulant social workers (2m/2f).

2: It will be the standard reference point for Muslim girls throughout the country. Girls can raise the alarm by phone and will be picked up by ambulatory social workers or come directly to the institute at first alarm. Police will be notified. During the intake, the staff will assess immediately whether the situation is that serious that the police must intervene directly after which the girl is offered a safe house.

3: It is important to determine whether the girl's complaints give rise to the usual penalties for stalking, domestic violence and possibly death threat . A summary trial procedure must already be ready for all three charges.

4: If possible, the girl will be returned to collect additional evidence. But if this is judged too dangerous, the girl is seriously warned that incorrect information will have major consequences for her and the family. But the professional competence of the staff is the decisive judgment here. That means that they assess by law whether allegations are accepted as legally true or not. It will be clear that they are being given an enormous responsibility in the context of curbing the future flow of murders of women. But necessity knows no law.

5: The staff must be able to accurately assess what punishments await the men.

6: In case of (severe) reincarnation psychosis (father) or bloodline phobia (brothers), the persons concerned will be immediately arrested by the police and centrally interrogated by professionals from Honor Killing Alert Center. From then on, the treatment of the men is part of a predetermined policy to create a shock effect. If one continues with the endlessly delayed treatment of these cases as one does now, persons gets used to the situation and the shock effect, which is actually part of the therapy, is lost.

7: Depending on the seriousness of the information from the intake interview, the men in the family may be arrested for stalking and/or domestic violence with or without death threats. Any delay in the proceedings damages the shock effect and reduces the value of this fast-track juridical procedure.

It is important to determine whether the girl's complaints are consistent with the usual penalties for stalking and domestic violence. The staff must be able to accurately assess what punishments await the men. Legislation should give them in advance the benefit of the doubt and their experience will ultimately be decisive in questioning the girl, because pubertal excesses must be prevented. All this can be overcome by professional expertise in assessing the girl's experiences. It can certainly go wrong once, but then there will be a large number of positives. And the girl is seriously warned that if the information is incorrect, she risks major problems at home.

If the girl's complaints are judged to be reliable, the men are arrested by the police and the prosecutor gives them the choice of being charged with a legal complaint and likely convicted with all the social consequences that entails.

But if the facts are not yet that serious but worrying, they can also opt for a resocialization program in which the men follow a course at the Honor Killing Alert Center concerning the causes of their behavior. This course must be concluded with an exam. Afterwards they are explicitly warned that if they kill their daughter or sister they will definitely go to prison for life.

The course will cover the current theoretical state of affairs, on which scientific consensus has been reached at that time, and about how honor killings are caused and can be prevented in time.

In the prelude to the honor killing there is already exuberant evidence of STALKING, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND DEATH THREAT. Standardized crimes for which father and sons could have been punished and mentally reprogrammed long before the murder:

This means that we need to control two psychological states of the potential honor killer: one in his neocortex and one in his limbic brain. Only then can we control honor killing.

If we want to understand honor killers (fathers), we must have a psychological profile of two people in one, a dual face psychology of the aspirant honor killer.

2: Conversion therapy: Do what potential honor killers don't expect:

Proactively combating will have a deterrent effect and prevent honor killings. Because imagine that a government did not throw Muslim girls in the prison of the safe house any longer, but their fathers and brothers in real prisons.

3: Think like an inbred chieftain from his unconscious limbic brain:

Because that is what their fathers' unconscious DID-personalities in their limbic brains now understand: These girls must be wrong because otherwise they would not have been taken away from their families. We are right and they can be killed. Remember that only the neocortex thinks logically.

How must we treat the aspiring honor killer in his neocortex? We must put his possessions, his house, his income and social standing on the balance sheet. This is exactly what Islam tried 1400 years ago with believers in reincarnation through inbreeding who liked 'earthly wealth' more than heaven:

Fathers may lose their jobs, may perish socially under the threat of preventive detention. They can go under with the rest of their family. We can turn this all around, if we only dare to and show some character. We have so much power to save these girls, but we are doing everything wrong.
