I think to have successfully developed a model for honor killing that allows timely action to be taken on the worsening reincarnation psychosis of fathers, as well as the chimpanzee male bloodline obsession of brothers and other young males:
Brothers cannot already have a reincarnation psychosis at the time they murder their sister and be held fully legally and morally responsible:

Chimpanzees do not plow female DNA back into the male bloodline, therefore outbreeding results. But bipedal primates do with cousin marriages and that is pure inbreeding, which all previous subspecies could survive for 10 million years, except Homo sapiens with its impoverished DNA, who then sought refuge in resurrection in heaven to banish inbreeding:
