Also the identity of the unconscious personality is dissociated from the conscious personality. And then we really would have a guilt allocation problem.

Well, the latter is correct, the unconscious personality is dissociated from the conscious personality. But we know that both personalities are physiologically connected in the brain, so there must be some kind of cooperation in killing the daughter.
